Partridge stewed in escabeche. The breasts and shredded meat are manually packed into the jar, ready to open and enjoy. Ideal as a tapa or served with a warm salad of lettuce and canónigos, white beans, or chickpeas. This is an excellent quality preserve representing the finest Manchegan cuisine.


How to use:
Remove from the jar and serve. It can be heated in a water bath or microwave.
